Take them to busy parks or outdoor markets to get them accustomed to the sounds and the hustle and bustle of people. This can help significantly reduce anxiety when you eventually take them on the tube.

Finally, always be considerate of other passengers. Ensure your dog is clean and well-groomed before taking them on public transport. Carry a portable water bowl and some waste bags to clean up after your dog if needed. Remember, a positive experience not only helps your dog but also ensures that other passengers can enjoy their journey too.
